I actually wished a cell jr had survived and came around the buu saga, though having different ideals than his father. That are the cell embryo being found and instead destroyed raised to be a good bug

This would have been prfect for bringing back Cell (kind-off), while getting rid of his dreaded spots.

Can you do a shell less version of this cell Jr with the wings still on, Majin holes, and a tail like 21 but without a stinger at the end.Β

I think of it more of a what if cell in the present timeline was spared by krillen and if Bulma modified him just like 16. I think the cell bots she would modify and would keep adding onto cell all the way until the tournament of power he would replace Frieza. So a cell with the cell's of all the powerful hero's and foes from the saiyan saga all the way down to the Goku black arc in one being. This one good but is Whis's most gifted student born with God of Destruction Ki and can do things unimaginableΒ

I was never the biggest fan of Cell's perfect form (hated his 2nd form) but god damn this is beautiful.

So sense 16 ripped off cell's Β tail and nothing happened to it it was just left there shouldn't cell be able to reform. Even if he isn't in his perfect form he would have years to train, there were pieces of the cell Jr's left after the fight. The anime had them turn into dust but the manga he just smashed there heads do too them not having it so that they can reform from just one cell. I'm sure that's because the creator made a mistake of having cell be able to regrow his head. But I'm sure cell could reform from his tail or another scientists find the tail and fix cell and makes him the perfect warrior. So cell isn't blinded by his rage and pride, he has the cells of buu to have greater healing abilities and magic. And the cells of the tournament of power fighters possibly some supreme Kai, God of destruction and Angel's DNA. I think universe 3 would be the ones to do this for revenge for them humiliating him for taking there ultimate fighter down so easily. I can see his Angel, Kai and God of destruction being willing to give them some of there DNA to help. If you ask why would he find the tail I would figure he would want info on all of the universes and Goku sense he is the biggest threat and when he find out cell was able to take him down and made goku quit and wasn't even trying he would want to go and find geros research or something and when he finds out it was all destroyed he will be outraged but than he finds out the tail of cell is still around giving him more than he asked for. If you are wondering how can cells tail still be intact. Cell is a bio android that doesn't require resources and spent 4 years in the ground to mature I'm sure it can make it
