Here's a low-poly Revolver I've been modelling and texturing over the past 2 days for a futuristic Law Enforcement scene I am working on. Stay tuned on that, but for now, more about the fire-arm...Based off of the Raging Bull .44 Revolver, the Fallen Angel is a bit of an antique within the futuristic world it's intended for. Mixing it with some state-of-the-art attachments, it provides the Detective using it with a very slick yet reliable side-arm.
Modelled in 3DS Max 9. Textured in PhotoShop CS3.

Sound suppressors don't work on revolvers, unless you have a really good pressure seal for the drum.

This is a really nice piece. It looks really cool with all the mods, but a silencer doesn't really work on a revolver (not aesthetically, it just doesn't work because the gap between cylinder and barrel means it is still really loud with a silencer on).
Still, since it's a concept, who really cares?? It looks AWESOME!! XD

nicely done, -1 tho for putting a silencer on a revolver, a feat few sane revolver users would do, even more so if this is suppose to be a antique weapon in the setting.

What sort of holster does this character carry this thing in? It looks like it's two feet long, kinda feels like it'd be hard to draw.
