There is a lot that is really well done here. The lighting and soft shadows are spot on, and your mesh lights are well positioned. Skin tone is awesome, and the expression of the character is great.
I have one suggestion, and it's largely a matter of preference. I would have *loved* to see those wheels done in a Chrome. The Reality / Lux Chrome material with a polish of 9000+ would have brought mirror like reflections across the background of wheels and given more drama to the piece. It would also do really harsh things to your render time, so I completely understand a choice to use a duller metal. (An alternative to using the Metal -> Chrome material would have been to use a Mirror material and then set the Mirror Reflectivity in a middle - high range, 170:170:170 to 200:200:200, but I have no idea render wise if that would have been better or worse than using Chrome.)
Either way, it's a great piece, and The Girl's outfit is amazingly well rendered. Just left me wanting a little bit more of the pretty / shiney e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w… " width="15" height="15" alt="

Wow this is amazing! Just by looking at it, I can tel that you have done a lot of work to create this amazing character, not to say those cool sport rims! You are gifted and really talented in creating characters and transforming them to real life! The outfit of the model is the best part of all, the glowy and silvery effect makes it looks so real. Seriously, this is wonderful. Excellent work!

The model (The Girl 6), outfit and the rims were bought from the Daz studio website and are not my creation.
The silvery texture of the clothes was my making.
