oh, his work is fantastic.  he illustrated tmnt volume one, issues 31, 35, & 36.  his rendition was like nothing else...it was totally mind blowing!

I'm excited for the new movie but at the same time extremely worried it's going to suck. I can't wait to see concept art

yeah, i'm really excited for the movie too.  i've noticed way too many fans have a pessimistic attitude toward the movie.  other than a few "old rumors" that have for the most part been confirmed false, no one has actually SEEN anything in order to cast an adequate judgement on it.  i have faith.  nickelodeon had made great judgements with the franchise so far.  the new toon is an all-around quality show, the IDW comic series is an all-around quality book, the toys by playmates (while imo could still improve) have been pretty darn good...nick is not slacking on this franchise.  they want to make it a huge success and they want to make money from it.  they will not put out a stinker of a live action movie because they know if they did, it would stunt the overall growth of the franchise.  they WANT to make us fans happy...and i'm sure this movie (while not everyones dream rendition) will make for a very pleasant surprise
