Wow, art that doesn't contain Blooregard Q. Kazoo or is based on a Cartoon Network series! What an amazing concept! (scarcasm)Anyway, this is based off a PBS Kids show called FETCH! with Ruff Ruffman, which is a reality game show with animated segments.
Since I think the show is better than it sounds, here's some art of the host, Ruff Ruffman, meeting his new intern for the first time in the second season.

Hehe, very cute! I love this show even though I know I'm too old to be watching it. I was so excited about season 3 that I would rush home to watch it. I would still miss about 5 minutes of it though...
