On the way from Hue to Hoi An there was a bit of roadwork. This held up everybody, so all the drivers got out and had a bit of a chat.Related content

I know! It was fun to capture them, I even said hello and talked with them a bit. I had to go run back to the car thou, lots of locals selling postcards stared to come down the mountain.

Well, im like a semi local, i went their to visit my extended family, my mother is Vietnamese you see. So pretty much everyone on that side lives in Vietnam, I visit regularly and since i can speak Vietnamese, i can generally pass my self off as a local, which is very useful when shopping XD

Vietnamese dont take photos. most families don't have cameras, so if you ask for a photo they know that you aren't from around here, and they try and make you pay, so i rarely asked anyone to pose [i don't think i did it at all]. But shopping! well thats another story ...
