I knowww how to make layers though! xD;

It's just that every time I first use the layer I have in the beginning and then put a linework layer and then when I use anther layer, the coloring goes through the lines, "like over it" and I know it's supposed to go over the line, butttt the coloring ain't going through/over the line it's supposed to still show the line though... >w<;

Try putting the line layer above the colouring layer? when you open a new canvas, always make a 2nd layer and draw on that instead of layer 1. Then make a layer and drag it between layers 1 and 2 and the lines from 2 should show over the middle layer.. xD

I think there is a bezier tool but I don't use it lol... I just quick-stroke the lines until they're perfect <3
