You really helped me i make this but with a different process at GIMP
Hear to me and understand:
1.- Magic wand+Invert+Grow in 2 pixels+Bucket tool with the white color+Fill with white the selection+Blur at the white filled selection
2.- Filter+Lights and Shadows+Drop Shadow+ Adjustement+75% opacity+ 2% at X+2% at Y
That was all!Pretty smart and easy process, no?
Also was made in GIMP the photoshop competitor and is for free

The line art are made in Sai while the finishing on Photoshop. Not entirely sure if strokes and drop shadow are in Sai now...
