It's possible this isn't actually a monarch, but rather a Blue Tiger butterfly. I don't know a LOT about butterflies, but I DO know that monarchs do not naturally have the right pigment groups to make the color blue. However, the Blue Tiger is near identical to the monarch, and IS blue in color. The other possibility is that this butterfly is some sort of crossbreed.
Now, white and black monarchs do exist, and they can look pale blue, but this looks much darker and more vibrant.

fav.me/d7hh9nq this is the original photo but the reason why its blue is because I was bored and decided to edit the colour I have a small monarch collection but I have seen the are black and white ones...just on the computer. I was joking around when I said its real X3
