This wouldn't be within Djoser's step pyramid as the Pyramid Texts don't appear in this form until the Fifth Dynasty and Djoser's only the third dynasty, but Teti's pyramid is in the same complex at Saqqara.
The cartouche is Teti's, I think. The semi-circle is the "t" and the upright knife (possibly a feather) is the "i" , so "tti."
