The Providence of Hellgain, like all other Federation worlds, have their own Civil Protection Department, of which helps protect and serve the population of Hellgain be it in it's Cities, States (Counties) and Planet (Providence). This is the uniforms of the Civil Protection Department, the first two are Parade Uniforms, the third is it's WTAS Uniform and the last two are it's Patrol Uniforms
