-No Nude / no gender change / No AI-based characters.
If you're not sure please ask before you bid
4. Outfit:
Must be already designed, no mood board or random pictures with copyright issue.
5. Background:
You can give me your vision and I'll change it for you.
4. SB to AB2 are not buyouts, copyright stays with me.
I have the right to post the works in my portfolio.(with watermark and your name on).
For these purposes: PSD File / PNG without background / Color changing / Design changing / Extendibility / Privacy, please send me a note for buyout quote.

1. gift / Exchange with someone, and please inform me

3. print in small amount without commercial usage
4. co-ownership for different owners of two characters

Not Allowed:
1. trace / heavily reference / claim the art as your own work
2. No secondary processing (rearrange / filter or retouch / editing).If you need editing on your own, please discuss with me in advance.

5. sell to others without buyout rights
