It’s like they don’t know how to write Goku anymore, which is why most of the fandom begins to hate Goku and favoring Vegeta more. In my opinion I think GT Goku is the best Goku and Xeno Goku is a more interesting Goku.

Exactly what I was thinking. Those who always say “ that’s how Goku was originally supposed to be it was only the English dub of Z that made him into a hero he wasn’t supposed to be” always bring up the incident of giving Cell a Senzu Bean as well as letting Goten and Trunks take care of Buu, the difference is Goku had a Decent reason on the Senzu bean incident and also had it planned out from the beginning, his only fault was not letting Gohan in on his plan. Even if that’s how Goku was supposed to be portrayed it doesn’t stop it from being disappointing. Don’t they realize that this route of writing for the character is only making his image look worse to the fandom? He’s the Main Protagonist and the Protagonist is supposed to be someone to be either likable or even someone to look up to, but because of the writing of Super Goku is neither of those things. I Love Goku he’s my favorite next to Vegeta and it’s breaking my heart seeing how much is Character is getting worse to the eyes of the fans to the point where Goku is seen as “the True Villain of DBZ”. Hopefully in the future he gets more developed.
