This is an idea for HeiseiGoji91 's series.
Super Mario Bros Heroes of the Stars.
An what-if/Scenario Idea that involves a Dark Substance Corrupting Mario's mind.
Turning his own backs on his Bro and Friends.
and they have no choice but to find and defeat him to overcome the Darkness from corrupting him even further.

I think the Arc might have to be Short
since it might make the series even longer.
But it could be a fun Concept!

The Arc could be based on the Sasuke Retriveval Arc from Naruto.
The "Black Goku" Arc from Dragon Ball Super.
and Daniel Sun's Power Star Mini-Series.
