This is a really interesting picture. It has a feeling of abandonment about it, but not a strong one. The car just sitting there, in what does not appear to be a parking spot, or any sort of place one would expect to see the car gives it that feeling to me.
I really like the two different sets of lights in the background - one strong and nearer, and the other distant, especially given they have two different sets of warmth to them. The left lights are almost harsh, which makes you want to know what is happening over there - is it work or something else that we should not know about?
The lights to the right have a subtle warmth to them, but not an inviting warmth. Almost deceptive in a way. I could see this in a horror movie almost - a good horror movie, not some jump scare only.
I think it leaves you with a slightly uncomfortable feeling - like you do not know what you should be doing, which adds to the image.
