Ahh, now this is an old, very old one I did. I drew this picture as fanart for A Link to the Past... very old game, in 2002. Please don't give me any critique b/c I am not planning on changing anything. Yes, I can see a few things wrong but for a three year old picture it accually looks pretty good!Colored with Crayola (I am pretty sure)
Link and Zelda (c) Nintendo

Is that the artwork style that was used in Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon or Link: Faces of Evil?

?? Oddly I don't recognise any of those titles... Are those the very very old Nintendo games? If so that's why.. evidently yes.. I am assuming.. but this was also the style used in A Link to the Past

Wow, you've never heard of Zelda's Adventure, Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon, or Link: Faces of Evil? Although I've never played/owned these games, I know a good deal about them. They weren't done by Nintendo. About 10 years ago, or so, Philips asked Nintendo's permission to make a few games using some of the characters from the Legend of Zelda games, for the Philips CD-i system. This system is pretty much obscure today, these games do not fit into the Legend of Zelda storyline, and supposedly suck. I'm still looking for a Philips CD-i emulator and ROMs of these three games so I can try them out on my computer!
About Zelda's Adventure, Ganon captures Link this time and Zelda sets out to rescue him. This game had much better graphics than the other two, which were done in cartoon style at least very similar to what you drew. You should search for screenshots for these games online!
BTW, did you know that there was also a TV series made on Legend of Zelda, back in 1989? It's available in a 3-disk DVD box set.
Also, what LoZ games have you played/owned? Here's what I own:
NES: The Legend of Zelda and Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
SNES: LoZ: A Link to the Past
Game Boy (Advance): LoZ: Link's Awakening, LoZ: Link's Awakening DX, LoZ: Oracle of Ages, LoZ: Oracle of Seasons, LoZ: ALttP & Four Swords, and LoZ: The Minish Cap
N64: LoZ: Oracle of Time (both gold and gray versions) and LoZ: Majora's Mask
Gamecube: LoZ: Oracle of Time & Master Quest, LoZ Collector's Edition (contains Zelda I & II from the NES and OoT and MM from N64), and LoZ: The Wind Waker
I'm looking out for the new Gamecube LoZ, Twilight Princess, coming out soon!

Nope, never heard of em. HOLY COW! I thought I had a lot of Zelda Games.. looks like I have been beaten. Well I own a N64, Super NES, Gamecube, Nintendo DS, Gameboy Color, Gameboy (first gameboy, not pocket), Gameboy Advance.. and I think that's it. For Zelda games I used to have the first NES ones on the computer til it got wiped clean.. now I have the Collectors Editon for the Gamecube.. and the Master Quest/Ocarina of time. Also on the collectors editon Majoras Mask on the GCN. Oh I do have Soul Caliber 2 b/c Link is in it and Super Smash Bros Melee. For the N 64 I have the Gold Ocarina of Time the gold Majoras Mask, for the SUper NES I have a Link to the Past. For the gameboy I have Link's Awakening (not DX), Oracle of Ages and seasons.. I believe that's all. You seem to have a few more copies then me on some of the games, oh I have The Minish Cap too. I don't have the Four Swords b/c I don't have anyone to play it with... so yeah. I see looks like we travel in the same boat for the TP game. Oh for that I have a DVD with the preview trailer on it Well that's about it.

Here's the game console systems I own. 4 NES's, SNES, Game Boy, GBC, GBA, N64, GC, Sega Genesis, Game Gear. I don't have the DS yet becuase it's so high priced, but I'd like one eventually, along with an X-BOX and PS2/3. For what you said for 4 Swords, yeah, I don't really have people to play it with either. But it is nice to be able to play any Legend of Zelda game on my TV through my GC, and LttP comes with the GBA 4 Swords version.
Here are some of my games I own, the more memorable ones, let me know what you own/have played.
* means it's a ROM on my computer.
GC: Other than Zelda stuff, Skies of Arcadia Legends, Tales of Symphonia, Disney's the Haunted Mansion, Vexx, Summoner: A Goddess Reborn, Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, Phantasy Star Online Ep. 1&2, and also 3, Lost Kingdoms I&II, Beyond Good & Evil, Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, Metroid Prime, Sonic Mega Collection (has Sonic the Hedgehog 1-3, Sonic and Knuckles, Sonic Spinball, Sonic 3D Blast, and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine), Mega Man Anniversary Collection (has 1-8 plus a couple of never-before-American-released games), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
N64: Other than the Zeldas, Paper Mario, DK 64, Castlevania, Castlevania: Legacy of Sorrow, Shadowgate 64: Trials of the Four Towers (that's all I can think of for this system right now)
SNES: Other than LttP, Breath of Fire 1, also 2*, Chrono Trigger*, Secret of Mana*, Secret of Evermore*, Chrono Trigger*, Final Fantasy 2* and 3*, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the 7 Stars*, Super Castlevania IV, the Super Star Wars trilogy, the Donkey Kong Country trilogy, Mega Man X
Game Boy (Advance): Other than Zeldas, Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga, Metroid Fusion, Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, Deja Vu I&II, Shadowgate Classic, Crystalis (only one of the greatest games ever made! If you haven't played this one, you need to!), Phantasy Star Collection (1-3), Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age
NES: Other than Zeldas, the Adventures of Lolo trilogy*, Final Fantasy (complete with box, maps, instruction booklet, everything!), Castlevania 1&2: Simon's Quest (one of my all-time favorite games!), the Dragon Quest quadrilogy*, the SMB trilogy, Crystalis (yes, I mentioned it twice!), The Goonies 2, Shadowgate, Deja Vu, A Boy and His Blob, Metroid, Gauntlet
Some GC games I'd like to get are Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, Metroid Prime 2, Prince of Persia: The Warrior Within, Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. Other than Z:TP, some soon-to-be-released GC games I'd like to get are Prince of Persia 3, Mega Man X collection (has 1-6). I hope there will be a Castlevania collection coming out some time. This could include at least 1-3 from the regular NES, IV and Dracula X from SNES, and Bloodlines from Genesis. If there's any room after that, counting extras, then include the one or two Castlevania's from Game Boy's classic days.
A bunch of my NES games I also have as ROMs on my computer. I also heard that the new Nintendo Revolution will be able to play any game from any previous Nintendo system, whether CD or cartridge!

Holy cow.. Ok let me go get my stack of GCN games first
GCN: 007 Nightfire, Baten Kaitos:Eternal Wings and the Lost OCean (GREAT GAME!! I have BK pics in my gallery ), Turok:Evolution (Another great game!), Pikmin, Reign of Fire, Soul Caliber 2, Papaer mario:The Thousand Year Door (pretty good.. never finished it though.. even though on BK I just am getting to the end.. heh), Luigi's mansion, Super mario Sunshine, Spyro:Enter the Dragonfly (Kinda stupid if you ask me), Mario Party 4, Lost Kingdoms, James Bond 007 in Agent Under Fire, The Lord of the Rings The Two Towers, Star Fox Assult, Super Smah Bros. Melee, Mario Part 5, Legen of Zelda Ocarina of Time (Two game disk), Mario Kart Double Dash, The Legend of Zleda the Wind Waker, LoZ Collectors Edition, Star Fox Adventures, Eternal Darkness:Sanity's Requiem ( I do like this game, but am stuck at the end), and Tony Hawks Underground (THUG). I never got any Sonic games for my GC or any system b/c they remind me of a friend I used to have that was pretty mean to me. On night when she was over here, get this, we were on the computer and one of her internet friends got on. She asked to talk to him.. now this is after she has talked about him ALL day, so I am kinda pissed, I say no and she says, "I want to go home now." what a friend.. she is SO obsessed with Sonic... and she's on Dev too but I don't want to go any deeper into that.
Oh and not to mention I just got a screen for my GCN so I can play when we go to Florida in the spring... I do want to play Tales of Symphonia... sounds like a great game and most diffinately, Baten kaitos 2 and Twilight Princess
N64: LoZ Ocarina of time, Majoras Mask, DK 64 (could never get the Nintendo coin from Fear Facotries arcade game grr) Mario Kart, Super mario 64, Rush 1 and 2, Hey You Pikachu (sisters game), banjo Kazooie 1 and 2, Mario Party 1,2, and 3, Paper mario, Gex 64, Nightmare creatures, Castle Vania, Yoshis Story, Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2, Super Smash Bros, nad I believe that's it.. I may have forgotten a few...
GB: Game Boy Color Pokemon Edition, Pokemon Crystal and Silver, LoZ Oracle of Seasons and Ages, mario Land, Link's Awakening, Minish Cap, Tetris.. and I think a few others I never really played.
SNES: Yoshis Island, Super Mario World (I have some of the cartoon series on tape too ), Donkey Kong Country 1 and 2, umm... Link to the Past, and I believe that is it on that one too
Yeah I knew there was a Zelda cartoon series, I listened to some of the dialog on the computer once and it sounds like all it's about is Link trying to get Zelda to love him.. *shrugs* You have A LOT of games. I highly recommend Baten kaitos, it's a great game.. even though I got stuck in the middle of it for a WHOLE year.. but after that man did the story become more and more twisted.. it was unbelieveable... oh and Giabri (on of the characters) is Hilarious, I die laughing at some of the stuff he does.. specially in a fishing competition against his rival Reblys.. heh. You NEED that game Nough said.

Since you mentioned it, I'll also mention that I have SM Sunshine and Luigi's Mansion for GC, Mario Kart 64 and Banjo-Kazooie for N64, Mario Land and Tetris for GB, SM World for SNES.
Where are you stuck in Eternal Darkness? (And which path did you take with Pious Augustus?) I beat the game through 3 times, once for each of the different story paths (each artifact that you choose with Pious at the beginning of the game), and got every single autopsy with Maximilian Roivas, including the Trapper! (Yeah, the three legged little creature that can zap you into that place the game calls the Trapper Dimension, that circular area where you warp around through different color warps, in case you don't remember)
Yeah, I have Baten Kaitos on my X-Mas list for my family, but if I don't get it then, I plan to buy it soon, since I've seen it available in Wal-Mart for $15. You NEED these games: GC: Tales of Symphonia, Skies of Arcadia Legends, Beyond Good & Evil, Summoner: A Goddess Reborn, PSO Ep's 1 & 2 (also 3); GBA: Phantasy Star Collection, Golden Sun (& Lost Age sequel, too), Breath of Fire (they released 2 on GBA also), Crystalis; NES (get them as ROMs if you need to; you can input Game Genie codes into the emulator if you need to cheat, and you can find the GG codes on the 'net!): Crystalis, Dragon Quest 1-4
BTW, I didn't name some of my games for GC; I didn't name probably half of my games for SNES, N64, or GB(A); I have probably four times more games for NES than I mentioned, and a ton of ROMs as well; I also have a few games for Genesis and Game Gear. It would be quite an undertaking to name them all. I also own quite a few computer games. Some of my favorites there are the Myst series (I own Myst, Riven, Myst III: Exile, Myst Uru: Complete Chronicles, and Myst IV: Revelation; I want Myst V: End of Ages, but don't have it yet) and the Monkey Island series (The Secret of Monkey Island, Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge, The Curse of Monkey Island, and Escape From Monkey Island).

lol we have very few computer games. I mostly play on furcadia which is a free download. We have various Sims games, I want unleased for Christmas, but I do have Battle for Middle Earth which my sisters boy friend plays more than I do. We have Myst and Riven but we could never figure it out so we gave up. I do want Tales of Symphonia.. I should add that to my list. heh, Baten Kaitos is a MUST get, I am seriously serious. Kalas is my fav character. lol. Oh I had this weird dream about the game last night, but I am not going to go into it seeing I have forgotten various parts here and there. Today I plan pn making some Baten Kaitos pictures from my dream.. If I can.. might not be possible though. I am going to try. Well I got to get on commenting to other ppl. It is so relieving to find some one else whom is a game freak like myself. Go us! lol

Yeah, how seriously serious you are about Baten Kaitos, I'm about the recommendation list I gave you. BTW, you didn't respond to what I said about Eternal Darkness. I'd like to know your progress and/or your reaction to what I've accomplished in it! (Did you know that some new menu features get unlocked each time you beat it?)

Yeah, lol. I am SO sorry I realized I forgot to tell you when I was drawing the other night in the Living room. My appologies. Ok I think.. if I rememvber right I choose the stone that was straight back in the room.. if not it was to the left.. I think it was red with little points kinda like horns? I am not entirely sure about that. Where I am stuck now is I have completed all the missions and I am back with the original girl.. Carrie? Is that her name? I haven't played for like a year or so.. anywyas, the well thing in the basement is blocked and you have to used the telescope to unlock it. I don't know what to do.. plus there is a safe down there that says you need a stethoscope to hear the lock to open it.. Where do I find the item? Also, since you seem so good at this game, the peeling away wall papaer on the second floor, can you get in there with the girl or is that there to intiminate you. You seem to be pretty good at it and, no, I didn't know there were menu features that were unloackable because I haven't beaten it yet. lol. So I am so sorry, again, for forgetting about that.. I feel horrible, and thanks for helpinbg me out
