Okay, so I've been trying FOREVER to get a good picture out of miss Godspeed, but to no avail... But this one happened today, and I rather like it~Godspeed is a peregrine falcon/cheetah mix gryphon.
(I believe Grimmy said that she was part King Cheetah, so that's why her pattern looks a little different from a conventional cheetah.) I still need to learn how to draw animals, but I think I'm getting better at it?I love Godspeed--she's so much fun! Noreat adores her, too. ...you can tell because he dressed her up in ruffles and bells.
Anyway, now that I've finally got out a decent picture of her, I can get to drawing some actual illustrations~!!
(Grimmy, if you have any notes on her design, let me know!)
I'll move it to scraps later, but dammit--I've been trying for so long to get a decent picture of her, so I'm sharing.

She's beautiful; no wonder Noreat wanted her so badly. I kind of want her, too.
Also, I like that Noreat wasn't colored in; it kind of brings my attention to the detail work on the gryphon. Absolutely gorgeous.

Eeee, lookit my beautiful Godspeed! You've done such a wonderful job with her, Misty! And I love that little sketchy Noreat right next to her. AND BELLS! Now all I can see is Godspeed skipping about while jingling!!!
Ah, yes, I did say she was part King Cheetah, which you incorporated so nicely! Just as a little note, Peregrine falcons tend to be more grey than brown. Other than that SHE IS SO PERFECT.
