I missed RC. He's such a good serpent creature, and working on edits for the GE script made me miss him. It was great drawing him again.
I've been picking at this one for a few days, so it was time to finish it up before diving into more commissions. I really wanted to take a break and do something for me for today~
Time was not kind to RC--or his kind. This is how he'll look in the Grey Eyes storyline. And yes, he's the same guy from Mutatio. (Mutatio takes place about 1000 years before GE... RC is an incredibly long lived species).

I love his design! the second set of eyes is a really nice touch, and the color stands out really nicely against the rest of his skin!
I also like the little tear in his lip exposing he teeth more, I wonder what caused that!

RC is my favorite from "Mutatio." I want to cuddles and loves and huggles him all over! He looks kind of sad or scared in this picture to me. Although, if I look only at the nasty whole on his lips he does look kind of angry...

Poor RC. I love this all shaded and colored. It's so hard to tell RC's expression in this, and that's what I really love. That bit missing from his lips really seals it, because he doesn't look just contemplative. That missing chunk makes him look angry, maybe even wrathful. Poor old RC. He needs some love. ;_;

I really love that part of his design too. That had to hurt like hell and bleed a lot too. Face wounds bleed a lot. Also, that chunk is gone so that took forever to heal and it healed as best as it could...
Poor RC. You should take a trip to Entity and meet some blue shigens, some water ferals, and find some kindly friends. :> They'd appreciate you.

MHM. Methinks someone tried to get at his mouth with a spear...Owie. RC and his kind did not have a good thousand years. Face wounds are so annoying! A simple scratch is enough to have blood pour all over the place. XD
