Taken off the coast of Vancouver Island, Canada.So clear and calm, and a nice day for once. The reflection was absolutely amazing, the water is never flat enough to cause such a clear reflection like this.

I love how the mountain in the background is in shadow, it makes the trees in the forground pop very nicely. And the fact that the shadowy mountain is shrouded in mist makes it look somewhat mystical. Gorgeous photo!

you're right, this IS a cool shot...iperfection, really! i'm going up to port mcneil on mar22 and 23rd, going to take a boat all the way around to the west coast with a friend, should be a great shooting expedition...tons and tons of eagles!
