Perhaps the stakes at the outset should be winner is restored to his normal size. Given his tiny opponent as a trophy.
Of course, this would be a lie. Both are going to be kept small for the immediate future. Maybe to encounter new, tiny opponents in the future?!

Maybe winning tiny is restored and gets losing tiny, losing giant is shrunk and taken by winning giant. Winners can do anything they like with their prizes up to and including eating them alive.
