Description On my walk to the BART station tonight, I passed this car...

Too bad there's a white spot (light from a window) on the right side...oh well...

i absolutely love this picture, i can't really explain why, but i'll try anyway. it looks a bit old, and thanks to the damage to the car door it looks like it's been really used, not all too carefully, but it's charming. It sort of has a 'movie' feeling to it, like a car waiting for someone - or something.

really like the perspective on this photo. have you tried burning out that white spot on the right side? it may look better, but it may also need it to balance out the bright city-scape in the background. i totally dig the way the car antena is like glowing....really good photo...this is why i love black and white photos so much!

The mood is solid--as is the composition. I love the angle at which you shot this, it complements the entire scene. Great job, an easy ;]

Great shot, I don't think the white spot affects it at all...I wouldn't have even noticed it truthfully. Not a tangent. Great angle, just dead on with this and all those textures.

i love how the lighting of the buildings in the back is perfect. and then the car, just draws us i and points us where to go. GREAT job with that.

makes it kind of fun, though huh? the challenge to overcome that shakiness. tripods can get heavy. i'm thinking maybe i want a monopod.... one day.

...one of my coworkers just bought a miniature tripod that seems pretty cool, although I think my camera might be too big for though...

Thank you!

I took so many shots just trying to get it in focus! I never have a tripod with me...
