Despite her boring childhood, Billy is spontaneous and adventure-loving, always wanting to be with friends and go do fun things whenever she can. Life as the young daughter of two rich and important socialites, Billy (or Wilhelmina, if you ask her parents) was always kept to strict rules and tight schedules. With her parents frequently at parents the young girl was usually left with her nanny, or even worse was brought along as a dolled up little accessory. She quickly learned to despise this sort of lifestyle and her dream of being a rock star on the move was born. Whenever she could she would watch the television shows on Rock & Roll, or sneak some time in at the arcade after ditching class. She was notably different than most kids around her and so she grew up without many friends. Despite this, she has a positive outlook on the future, always knowing something better had yet to come. Post graduation from her snooty childhood boarding school Billy took off on a "borrowed" motorcycle and tried to make a life in the city. No more would she suffer swanky parties and caviar! That is until real life hit her full force. Unfortunately, Billy was gravely sheltered as a young pup and quickly learned of the hardships in life while in the big city. Jobless and homeless with nothing but a police-searched-for motorcycle, Billy ditched what she couldn't bring with her and spent her last few dollars on a bus ticket to a little town far out of the way.
