well i got sort of free time to try to do a tutorial for anyone that wanted or having trouble to draw anatomy body, here is the simple one and hope it help.

First of all when you want to draw a character, try just to draw some simple lines and circles to indicate the position of how the character that you wanted to be.

Then after the skeleton guide that you have draw, make some simple lines to connect the body, arms and legs so it got some shape and figures to guide you for the next step.

This part is slightly messy and yet the simple one to do, just add more detail to the lines that you have connected and also some detail to arms, chest and also any part needed to make it more realistic with some muscles.

Finally just erase the extra lines and do some adjustment of lines and strokes to the character to look better.
