You and Vert were on a date going through leanbox. You didn't really care about what you looked like but Vert begged to differ. She actually was a nice looking dress.

"Hmph!" Vert said looking at you.

"What's wrong Vert?"

"I thought you would dress more...nicer perhaps?"

"I didn't think it would be that kind of date."

"No matter a date is still a date."

Vert looked to side walking along with you. She was trying to mimic what was in the dating sim so that she get you to like her more. She then held onto your arm.

"Uhhh...Vert."

"Yes (f/n)?"

"Why are you holding onto my arm?"

"Don't you want to keep your goddess safe?"

"Well...yeah but don't you think that's a bit redudant?"

"How so?"

"Think about it"

"Can he be more dense?!" Vert thought.

"Well...it's good to know that somebody's got your back," Vert said with a sweatdrop, trying to hide her frustration.

You were glad that she was thinking of you in that way. However you still felt that she was trying to tell you something else.

"T-Thanks, i'm glad to hear it from you Vert."

As the day went on you both went shopping at a game store. You were looking at some games while Vert was on the opposite side looking at another aisle. You both picked out your games and went to the checkout. You bought your game first then it was Vert's turn.

"What game did you get?"

"It's nothing special really," she said.

"A dating sim?"

"It's for a friend!" She said quickly.

"Whatever you say," you said jokingly.

After that you both went into a clothing store to look at dresses. She was throwing alot of dresses at you for her to try it on later.

"How many dresses does she want?" You thought.

After that she went into a dressing room to try on some of the dresses. You were sitting outside waiting for her to come out.

"This is boring," you thought.

She came out with a revealing dress. You did your best not to blush at all.

"How do i look?"

"I don't even know where to look!"

"So i'm guessing that's a no then?"

"Yes!"

She went back in the dressing room to try on another dress.

"(F/n)?"

"Yes Vert?"

"I'm having a problem with this dress, can you help me out?"

"Sure"

You went inside the dressing room to see vert trying to zip up her dress.

"Here," you said as you zipped up her dress.

She then turned around to face you. She was wearing one of the dresses you picked out for her.

"Well...how do i look?"

You blushed alittle as you said "You look beautiful Vert..."

"You really mean that?" She said as she blushed.

"Yeah...well you always have been beautiful to me," you said trying to hide your blush.

She smiled at you and gave you a kiss on the cheek.

"Thanks (f/n)," she said

"No problem, shall we depart my goddess?"

"Yes"

You bought the dress for her and went home as she held on to your arm again for the rest of the time being. After you escorted her back to her place you went back home. You felt that the money didn't matter too much now. Was this really a sign of appreciation? Or was it a sign of love?
