I use Paint Tool Sai to draw and Photoshop for finishing touches (adjusting colors, light and shadows and blurring things in distance or in motion)

Well, as I said I use PS for things like color adjustments, so yeah, there are much more effects than in Sai (I mean multiply, luminosity, overlay etc.)
And some custom brushes are making life easier
But overall I still prefer Sai for drawing because it's much more intuitive and easier for me and all needed functions for me are there

yeah I have used SAI for a while now and I was thinking about using PS... but one thing I can't work out, is how to add personalized brushes to SAI...

There was some way to add custom textures, but overall you need to set brush settings by yourself
Or maybe there is a way, it's just I never researched it properly because there was no need in custom brushes for me
