As promised, here is page number 13 of KolodruidTale: Epilogues! If you're just coming to this page for the first time, then KolodruidTale: Epilogues is a series of 4 webcomics that I am currently working on. It's called Epilogues because the webcomics follow the 4 main characters in a 7-part Fantasy Novel that I am slowly yet steadily writing. The events in these comics, then, take place immediately after the events in the main storyline.

Now then, I think I'm slowly starting to use more texture and solid blacks in my pages. There's less overall whiteness to distract the eyes. Although, given that the series is a black and white comic, I guess there's always going to be white areas within the panel.

I mean, I can't really expect every inch of the pages to be covered in exquisite detail. To do something like that would make the pages too busy, and incomprehensible. Still, I do think that I should continue to push the envelope with the shading and textures, so I'll see if I can get things even better in that regard.

Now then, this is the first time that wee see rose in her full fledged uniform! She has he gunbelt, and her pants, and her sword, and her sash! From this point onward, then, you can expect that there won't be any visible changes to how she is drawn. Over time, things might change, of course, but for the present moment, this is the official "Rose Nandai!"

I still have to get the wolf-bear soldiers normalized, however. If you've followed along from previous strips, then you know that various aspects of their appearance changed slightly from panel to panel. I'm going to start upping the level of quality I use when drawing them, so that their appearances reach their full fledged standard designs as well.

Now then, Rose has just been shot at, and she doesn't seem too pleased with the circumstance. But then, neither does she seem too scared, either. If only--OMG WHAT ARE THOSE THINGS IN HER POCKET?!!?
