Hello, dere folks.

So, I was making some last minute preparations for resuming regular updates on my online webcomic, CPP::SAMA, which will happen tomorrow on September 6th. In the middle of doing that, however, I suddenly realized that I never actually submitted the last page update I had done to deviantart: Page #14. So, I've decided to submit it now.

Please note, that this particular page in CPP::SAMA is a very special page. It marks several things, but most prominently will be the transition of the webcomic from being primarily a gag joke strip to being integrated into the main Kolodruidtale canon storyline. Earlier pages were still very much done from a "joke strip" perspective, but it is with this strip that the pacing and content of the comic changes, and starts to move in a different direction.

This page is also going to be the very last inked page for the webcomic. From this point forward, all updates will be in PENCIL. Yes, I know, that means the quality of the artwork is going to... fluctuate, a bit. <_< Having said that, I ultimately think that I will be able to produce a greater range of value, and therefore higher quality artwork, using pencils. If I was a full time artist, then producing fully colored work wouldn't be much of a problem, but please note that I'm also a software developer and university student, as well. Sadly, I'm forced to take drastic measures. :'D

This particular page is special for reasons outside those that I just mentioned, however. In fact, this particular page is EXTREMELY critical to the overarching plot and epic saga. It's one of those pages that won't make sense for many chapters, but ultimately will end up being a vital clue that will enable the reader guess more boldly at the secret mystery underpinning the entire storyline. Granted, the reader won't be able to guess the secret using just this clue, but it is important enough to be included amongst the key scenes, so to speak.

Now then, this past week has been particularly heavy on my time. What with going to San Japan, the anime convention, and various other stuff on my plate, I wasn't really able to interact with you guys as much as I would have liked. I will have more free time on my hands this week, however, so expect my activity levels to go up a little bit once more.
