Another character i'm submitting to the the dA Universe project run by .Not sure where this guy's design came from, i just found the skecth in a note book of mine with his name scrawled beside him. May have drawn him at work one day when bored.

Too true... But i had too come up with some psuedo credible powers for a gun with a moon for a head. It was either gravity control or cheesey snack projectiles.
