I got bored and wanted to make a transformation animation into something inanimate. Haniwa ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haniwa those clay doll things Gyroids from Animal Crossing and Cappies from Kirby are based off) don't have a lot of TF work associated with them (from what I've seen) and are fairly easy to draw, so I ended up going with that. This is the first animation I've made without using sprites, so it's a little crude. Still, I consider it a milestone for me, especially since I didn't even have a sketch layer this time. I made this in a couple of hours the other day, and was considering whether or not it was "too weird" to post here. But really, it's a clay doll with breasts, and some of them had those in real life. So, here it is.

The girl who is totally not a generic female me I am going to call "Vina the victim" and use as a TF guinea pig henceforth more than likely.
