I have seen quite a few pictures of this style, something I have called the "Sonic style." But I can say with conviction that this pic is the most unique one I have ever seen.
For starters, the pic looks very well drawn. The entire picture is very well detailed, with a very nice and original (to me) outfit. This includes a skirt-top combination I wish I could find! Colors look spot-on, the hair is very interesting and the background is most interesting.
In terms of anatomy, it all looks spot-on to me. Then there is the animal chosen. Leopard Geckos are animals I have never heard of before and, imaginative as this is, I can see where the influence comes from.
The only thing, off the top of my head, that bothers me is that, in my opinion, her mouth is a bit too small. This is, however, a middling detail.
Overall, a well drawn and imaginative work. Good job ^^
