I don't doubt that Blue knows the combination/coordinates/address where she wants to go, my concern is what might/will happen if the transmission unit gets damaged before she gets there?
Also, from Otto's expression last page, I wonder if he might just be contemplating making a break for it or knocking Tom and company down? Β For the first time since his Mother's death, he's got the chance to protect someone he's definitely attached to. Β "That's MY DAUGHTER you're messing with!"
