Description
For some reason it took me a long time to choreograph this little page. It was difficult to get him to miss the radio, turn it on, and snap out of his waking nightmare in only five panels. The song on the radio is one of my faves from the '40s: Blues in the Night. This part of the lyrics seemed to resonate with what's going on in the comic. It also continues on the next page a little.
If you want to hear it, you can listen to it at youtube: [link] (Not sure how many other people are into "golden oldies" music, though. Hehe.)

I think that he just realized that he has been sleepwalking naked.

For some reason, your comment reminds me of Mrs. Packard from Atlantis: The Lost Empire.

At least William Weasel (along with other males in this comic) could get away with going without pants...as for Mrs. Packard...there is a reason why Dr. Sweet gave Milo a blindfold.

I'm so glad you know what I'm talking about! And, yes. There was a very good reason. Thank god for Dr. Sweet, eh?

Really love the motion--and emotion--in this page.
Only thing that gets me is how his dogtags are suddenly flying upward in the second panel. They don't really strike me as being made of a light enough material to be able to do that so easily... aren't they metal?

The chain's more heavy than the tags themselves. Hehe.
I don't know if I want to try falling down with my grandpa's to find out. But it does help get the motion across in the panel.

Nice. Methinks you were successful in what you tried to portray. He has a lot of emotion in his eyes in that final panel too. Very well done.

This page is excellent and I can understand that it must have been difficult to get so much information squeezed into just 5 panels! Great work with the body language and facial expressions.
