Pretty cool environment. I like the building design and the mysterious looking obelisk.
You need to work on the lighting a bit more though. It's difficult to see where the lighting actually comes from. I would expect some yellow/orange lighting coming from the sky, rather from the obelisk in the center of the courtyard. Also you could tilt the camera up to see more of the sky rather than focusing on the dirt. Also, instead of the lamps emitting pure white light, adding some blue to the light could make it more interesting.
