I designed him waaaay before Ocellus appeared on the show xD
Also, Dopple has a different eye color, no veil and he has a pink neck unlike Ocellus. And he has a different shade of blue
To be fair... it doesn't look that similar... unless every blue changeling looks like Ocellus
