I really like how the ocean turned out on this one... And the sea spray, too.Anyhow, this was originally intended to be a simple profile picture, but I wound up making it a good deal more detailed. Our victim here looks like he doesn't really mind being a Mer-Milotic... Though, by the fact that his arms are so small, he probably won't have that "mer" for too long.
Milotic are awesome, though, so he'll be fine.
