Why I think Chip and Potato is a plagiarism of Ned's Newt:
Chip and Potato's plot is heavily based (maybe) on Ned's Newt one, because whereas Ned has a secret best friend (I mean his lizard), Chip has his bestie Potato, and both them hide them when someone comes.
Despite that, it's better to watch Ned's Newt (though it's from the era of my grandparents) because Chip and Potato is a graceless rip-off with annoying characters!
