Found a really bland fake picture on the Atari forums. I decided to clean it up a little and make it look a little more convincing as an official artwork for the confirmation of this fake character. I was bored, and saw that the original had some potential.Once again, Are we clear this is a fake? Although, I think it'd be cool if they used him.
Hatchyack of however you spell his name is part of that DBZ OVA Plan to Destroy All Saiya-jins. Some consider it to be a lost DBZ movie. Hell I haven't seen it. This is supposedly his first form, but it's the only form I'm familier with.

I've seen the movie with him, and he looks like a fusion of Brolly, Cooler and maybe Janeba.
Here it came out perfectly. I really like the coloring and shading you did on him. I must say that I'm really fond of your DB fan arts.

Thank you very much, that means a lot to me. I can't take all the credit for this picture. I mean, I got this from a very poorly made fake I found from the BT3 Atari forums. I decided to re-color and add some better shading and lighting. It did come out pretty awesome, but the character and his likeness aren't all my doing. Escept maybe the face, I kinda worked with it a bit, hehe.

I've seen this character in that OVA thingy, but I didn't watch it all the way through. Anyway, it looks just like it's out of the Budokai game series, so very nice job!
