Is there a way to upload 3D art that can be turned and manipulated? That would be awesome.

Well, there's a way to do that using Marmoset Toolbag and exporting a "marmoset viewer" file and posting it on artstation.
There's also the Sketchfab website (sketchfab.com/ )where you can upload your model and textures directly.
