Slightly different comp on this one than the B&W version I already shared but I honestly think I like it better.My work is copyrighted and any use of it without written permission from me is prohibited. So please be cool and dont steal my stuff. Thx!

I prefer the comp and frame of the boulders and the bridge in this one but it`s missing that creepy bendy tree and I think it`s suited to mono better but still superb and very atmospheric and this location is perfect for it Dennis

Thanks very much Jon. I really like the comp better on this one but still think I am missing the mono like you. Fog shots = monotone in my mind for some reason. LOL! Yeah I had a lower perspective and was closer to that tree which kinda brought a bit more barrel distortion from the wide angle in on the mono one. That tree is in the perfect shape and position to compliment that distortion I think maybe. Hoping for a round two at this spot with full fall colors soon.

That time of year is my favorite time of year to be in the park....including fall if you can believe it. There isnt hardly anyone in the park. The temps are nice and cool...perfect for hiking. Annnnddd....its always nice and wet giving foggy days with moss, ferns, and lichen growing EVERYWHERE!

I go up there every single spring for a week. Usually by myself. And usually have like 2-3 bedrooms that never get used in the cabin! So....even if we cant get enough people...I'll be there if you should want to find your way down and trusted me. HAHAHAHAHA!!!

Nice Shot! The Fog really Sets the mood. the nice tones work very well with the Gray the fog always brings. Looks like one of the bridges in Yosemite along the Merced river.

Yosemite is the number one place on my list of spots in the US I want to get in front of my gear. I soooooooooo wish I was in Yosemite taking this bro. Damn do I EVER! But....as you can see Great Smoky Mountain NP can be nice as well.

I cant wait to see the Falls Shots! the colors in Yosemite are pretty nice too, but with the long winter and long summer it could be late October before we see any change

Keep me in mind when you are out there bro...I'll be with you in spirit for sure! LOL! Its usually late October into November before we see fall colors in their prime where I live in Bama...I think its about 3 weeks earlier than that for the Smoky's. If we dont get some rain soon...there wont be many leaves left on trees around here when they do actually turn though. A problem we usually face every year.
