This is considered satire. Let me just get that out of the way right now. I love the First Ammendment.In a bit of a mood lately and was inspired by a recent discussion/debate. F'n $3 for a gallon of gas - ludicrous!
Harry Truman once said, "If you want to live like a Republican, vote Democrat." Never more true than current times.

I think the saddest thing about this one is that I was pissed about paying $3 a gallon and now I would practically break a commandment or two to find a pump for $3 gallon. LOL.
Wonder what the hell the "old-timers" that complained about 30 cents a gallon are thinking with all this nonsense ...
The question becomes, will it ever get better, or will we just continue to spiral toward oblivion.

This very true, but I think it's appropo given the current (sad) state of affairs.
Granted, someone should not make choices based on party alone. The idealist in me says pick the one with the best ideas, but the bitter part of me quickly reminds the idealist part that they're all salesmen in some respect. Ballots should have a 'None of the Above' option.

I concur, It seems that there aren't many good choices amongst politicians these days. Heh, my parents are very big on party alegence, but I'm the idealist...I just try to pick the one that I think is the most compitent.
