Compa from Hyperdimension Neptunia. The character design is just so cute.I tried to mimic the official art as much as possible, which meant a lot of blur-tool and water-tool. Possibly too much.

Phew I wanted to make sure I spelled that right. Also this art is awesome! Compa's not high on my favorite character list but she's cute and sweet she'd be in awesome person to have as your nurse in real life.
