Its been a while since i posted anything on here though id post something to show im still alive and kicking.This image is pretty big! I made a small version first but wanted to see more detail so rendered everything in a much bigger resolution. Please view at max resolution and let me know your thought

Just an opinion, not an expert: the perspective of asteroid debris for an image is not good enough, it doesn't bring the sense of a gravitational arc. It could be, 2D speaking, "3cm" above from where it is. Take the last rock on the right as the base of the asteroid composition and lift it to the limit of the planet curve (to understand what I'm saying) as a start.
If it would be an image for a movie showing a collapse over a planet, than it would be ok, so context matters.

Not entirely sure what you mean however...
Are you saying that the asteroids do not sit well with the rest of the image because of the perspective shot that they were rendered in?
or
The whole perspective of the image is wrong?

actually the asteroids SEEMS to be wrongly placed, the image as a whole is very fine. But again, it's an impression.
