The hair looks fantastic. I think the lips may be a bit small but that's about it. I do wish there was some more visible interaction between the hand the apple, but this is lovely nonetheless.

I like how you bring out the eyes with the highlights in the hair. I also like how the apple draws in my eye and the red lipstick draws my eye around the picture and to the face. You have a lot of good movment with the colors and highlights.
