I made this picture months ago, and I wanted to color it, but I never finished the Photoshop outline. So, last night, I decided to throw away that blasted airbrush outline I never finished and make a better one with real ink. So here it is. A work in progress.

I really like that stone gargoyle she's perched on. I like the cloudy sky too. Maybe for phase 2 you could add some lighted windows in the buildings. For some reason, the building shadows in the background make me think of a city-wide blackout.

I'm too sleepy to think of a potential title. The word "triste" keeps running around in my head, though.
Good job on the stones. Though, should it be a liiiiittle darker, to match the building a bit more?
