I don't... I don't understand the arm positioning for the right arm... and I'm not really sure I can draw that. Speaking of which, (...I think,) how do you use the bases or even get them? I know you have to download them and stuff but... what after that?

Using bases is easy
you just save the pic to your folder on you computer, Open in whatever you use (ie paint, SAI) the just add clothes or colours and make it into your own character. Then upload. Don't forget to credit who made the base by putting their icon in the artists comments
