Great job, I have done things with the same technique using a combination of things in Photoshop... Mainly the clouds then taking the clouds and either motion blur or smuge, or a combination of the two... Great job... Turned out better than mine!

real nice image but make the "arrow" on the scale thingy point @ 4/4+ since it looks odd that it's on 0 while it seem to be turned on
