Description
Marvel's avatar of TnA and goddess of fan service. Come to think about it, what the hell kind of power is a psionic knife, anyhow? It's like the creative process went like this:Artist: "You said we needed more fan service so here she is."
Boss: "Ah, not bad, not bad at all. So what is she?"
Artist: "A ninja. Her flexibility and necessity for high-kicks and low-sweeps will provide years of poses that are sure to keep us in the black when times get rough."
Boss: "Excellent. What's her power?"
Artist: "Power? Uh...she can seduce men with the ninjaness of her crotch?"
Boss: "...That's not a power."
Artist: *looks around cubicle at pictures of current characters, sees wolverine, sees phoenix, sees a picture of himself wearing one of those lame arrow-through-the-head hats from a halloween party* "A psionic knife. Now hear me out before you vomit. She can scramble people's minds when she stabs them through the head with a psionic knife."
Boss: "But we already have 32 telepath/psychic type characters."
Artist: "With boobs like this?"
Boss: "There's Jean Grey."
Artist: "Guys can't fanaticize about a chick with that much baggage."
Boss: "What's her name?"
Artist: "I was going to call her Fan Service."
Boss: "You can't call a character Fan Service."
Artist: "What about Psylocke? As in 'she's a psychic who can lock foes with her thighs'."
Boss: "I like it. Good work. Make it so."
Artist: "Aye sir."
Note: Sorry to those who have made requests. I am still working on them but if I rush then things will turn out worse than they will anyhow,

After a top to bottom scan I've decided: I'd give myself and my services to her whim. But only if she wears the boots. Their luster aplifies the glory that is her thighs and pelvis in a way that only super-hero-costume-material can. And the hint of cheek behind her thigh tells us she's hiding something more beautiful than a sword behind her. Her upper garmet is made of velvet; that must feel so good on her smooth moccacino flesh... I believe this picture coincides with me being in heat (or caused it) hence my tongue wrapping words about it -- I beg you to pardon my excitement.
But I of course can't only imply compliments to you; I must also complain about one hand: if the mangled fingers of the psionic-knife fist were unfurled, we would see that her extremties are of an alien origin or the result of a disability, which may explain why her legs and feet are hidden from view. I'm cruel, I know; but the hiding of the legs is fine -- I truly don't mind it and can't mind it because I do the same often enough. Sometimes we just screw up or reach the end and certain subject matter is not necessary to the overall purpose of the piece: which in '-Psylocke-' is of course accomplished: "Wow, Psylocke looks really sexy. I like it." ~grimphantom

What the hell? Is this the same kind sir who has encouraged me and kept me drawing in times when I might have otherwise laid down my pencil for blurry candid shots of unwary TnA with my cell phone camera? Surely not. Surely this is some pissed off Asian girl who has somehow gotten a hold of Wesley Goodsir's login information and is wreaking havoc across the internet. It was an excellent tactic, by the way, of first building me up before tearing me down. You almost had me believing you were Wes for a minute there. When he is on the rag he tends to make snide comments but never anything with this level of venom. This is a level of cruelty only a freshly-dumped woman can invent. I would like to encourage you, madam, to step back and take a good look at what anger has made you into. You could be out honing your numb-chuck skills or even starting your own panty-picture website, but instead you choose to use your talent for evil, hurting and maiming those who mean you no harm. Please lay aside your anger and refrain from using Wes' confidential information to ruin his internet reputation. Also, kind madam, please be assured that I will do my best to fix the hand and yes, I often concentrate on the parts that are important to me in my TnA art so much that I overlook the lesser evils of anatomy. Your burning words have branded my artistic mind and I will endeavor not to make the same mistakes in the future. I sincerely hope you can reconcile things with Wes, he is a good man who only wishes happiness and success for his friends and TnA all over the world. Good day.

Wes and I had a talk. He informed of the relationship between you and he and that the lower body of my critique is far beyond any acceptable level of criticism. It was a caustic slander of your beautiful TnA, and I apologize. From now on Wes will continue commenting and use my sharp-tounged services in the rarest of times.
Wes notes though: even extremeties can be sexy when done right (not that I've any mastery of this practice, unfortunately)

Yup, like in the late 1800/early 1900's, "Check out that dame with the sexy ANKLES."

Thank you, kind madam. I bid you and Wes long days and pleasant nights upon the earth. Please feel free to make your own DA account and destroy me whenever you wish. I'm used to being destroyed by American women....Asian women may as well join in the fun.

Thanks, good madam. LOL, no it's hard to come up with a power more lame than a psionic knife. They almost did it with a character named Skin, whose power was that he could stretch his skin out really far. I mean, damn. Even if the power is somewhat lame you can always have a good story behind the character to compensate, which Psylocke doesn't, in my opinion.

What you wrote in the comments area is the best thing I ever read. It went from work to nerd to star trek in just a few words. I love it. The picture is great too. ^__^

yeah, psylocke's pretty badass =3 i think my only complaint with this would be that her facial expression makes her look a little too cuddly. unless that's what you were going for. i wouldn't put it past you, anyway.
your lighting/shading has become more dynamic, as evidenced by this piece. i do wish you had included the rest of her boots, though. i like boots. hey, look what I found with google images! [link]

OMG!! That's my woman! Someone dressed my Salma up in Psylocke's clothes and actually did a decent job of it! Ivy, I have to apologize. I was in class when I saw that link and didn't want to click on it because I didn't trust you. I thought you would be up to your old trickery and that perhaps it would be one of those pictures-of-a-naked-lady-with-a-screaming-orgasm-sound-clips or something worse like farting. However you now own a negro heart for until the end of this day (12:01am EST, although I'm CST, we don't want to give people the wrong idea with that extra hour). Did you know photoshop can actually increase the size of that picture to 800x600 before the pixels get nauseous?
Have you ever started sketching something on paper and got to the end of it and realized that you didn't have room for the rest of what you wanted to add? Yeah, that's what happened here, but if you want boots I'll give it a try and put it in scraps when I get a chance. And maybe a mean face too, dammit.
Thank you kind madam.

Wow, very cool, nice work! By the way, you seem to have NO idea about the origins of said "Fan Service" better known as Phylocke, but she actually goes as far back as being the sis of Cap Britian..............aw hell, you explanation was better!

Thanks, good sir. True, I don't know her proper origins. I am, after all, one of the fans she has served, and as long as a fan is properly served then he tends to not do his research into a character. That's right she is British, huh? That's always been hard for me to remember because artists tend to make her look Asian (or they did back when I read Xmen comic, circa Onslaught Saga), but I think that's because she went through some sort of body-switch crisis or something.
