This just makes me wish Bill Cipher was a villain in Steven Universe.
I hope Rebecca considers a crossover, even if they are indeed from completely different networks. Β Considering Bill Cipher is an inter-dimensional being capable of god-like powers, I wouldn't find it unbelievable to have Bill reincarnate or at least return to his original dream-walker state in a different timeline, universe, or place or whatever.

Well, Bill Cipher's death message reversed was "A-X-O-L-O-T- L, my time has come to burn! I invoke the ancient power that I may return!". At the end of a book called "Dipper and Mabel and the Curse of the Time Pirate's Treasure", there is a link to this page: "www.disneyxd.com/awrongturn", which explains a bit about Bill. I don't see why "A different form, a different time" couldn't mean him showing up in Steven Universe.

I know this is old, but seems like Yellow Diamond is the Bill Cipher now. Why? 1. Peridot redeemed in one of the last Season 2 episodes (I don't remeber it's name) 2. Bill Cipher cause a lot of drama in Weirdmaggedon and 3. They're both Yellow

It would most likely be a curbstomp in Bill's favor, but they might stand a chance if they had some uber powerful gem fusions like Malachite and Alexandrite on their side, as well as frequent and well placed uses of Steven's shield. Borrowing a Bill-proof barrier from the gravity falls universe would also help stack the odds in their favor.

(Bill rips her Soul out and possesses her body).
Bill: "HAHAHAHA! There you go! You no longer exist, because I am you now!"
Peridot: "Wha, Wha, What have you done to me!"
Bill: "Well you asked for it."
Peridot: "NOT LIKE THIS! YOU LIED TO ME! YOU'RE EVEN WORSE THAN THOSE CRYSTAL CLODS!"
Bill: "Yeah, yeah, it's not my problem."
(Bill starts using Peridot's powers).
Bill: "Whoa, you have abilities like this? This body is even better than that Pines kid's. With this vessel, I'll really be able to do some damage and fulfill my plans!"
Peridot: "This is preposterous! I'm Reporting This!"
Bill: "How can you report me, WHEN YOU DON'T EXIST?! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"
