HAHAHA!! Awesome, just pure awesome, with a side of awesome sauce! This is so close to what I had in mind that the difference can be attributed to round-off error. 
Bubbles' expression in the 4th panel has to be my favourite. And I love how you've included a lot of the original poses and actions! (The zoom cloud is awesome.) This is actually close to an idea I had for my own 2nd version of "Random Hug". Heh, I may have to do it now...
