I've seen quite a few memes online with people sharing their favourite villain songs, so here is my version.
Yep, nothing serves better than to show the goals, emotions and actions of great villains than an equally great villain song. The devil does often get the best song in films, and these are my personal favourites. Now, whether the villain ITSELF is one of my favourites does not necessarily factor into how high the song is on this list, but the villain getting an awesome song CAN help them to gain some appeal, in my opinion. 
Of course, some villains WITHOUT songs can be better than those who do (Maleficent, for example), but it often helps a ton when the villain DOES get an awesome song. 
Yes, nothing more FESTIVE than songs about villains wanting to enslave/kill/steal from people.... 
Some of these spots are tied. This is all opinion based, so if there are any you disagree with/think should have made it on here, bear in mind that this is all opinion based.

I generally don't hear people saying anything positive about "In The Dark of The Night", but both my sister and I always loved it.

I will admit, #1 is definitely one of the best, however, am I the only one who would SO VERY RARELY LISTEN TO THE WHOLE SONG?! Like, I do admire how interesting and serious and dark it is, but it's just too "Uncomfortable" and "Disturbingly creepy" and of course I don't wanna listen to things like that at least once, the only time I would listen to the entire song is when I'm watching the movie. XD I don't find the song bad, it's just that I find just really, really, really, re........ you get the point. XD

A pretty interesting list, I for one really love Be prepared, In the dark of the knight, You're second rate
But after finaly seeing the nightmare of christmas, I gotta love Oogie boogie song
But I never heard the Intelligence before, a pretty nice and simple song

This Day Aria, though I find the lyrics to be a bit off in places, is one I really like, actually. There's a few other ones there I like too but not much point in listing them
Out of curiosity, have you seen the Brave Little Toaster? www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOWUgi… Cutting Edge is one of my personal favourite villain songs. B-Movie is good too, but I dunno if you can call either set of characters who sing those two songs consistent villains, haha. I guess the new objects want to replace the old ones -shrug-

I never ever get tired of Slim's yodeling song as it makes me wanna dance in a hypnotic fashion myself. It is one of my favorite moments in HOTR.
As for Be Prepared, that still remains another of my favorite Disney villain songs in history, revealing Scar's dark side. My other favorites are numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (Queen Chrysalis is more evil in the comic where she returns), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16.

I liked In The Dark of the Night, Hellfire, Friends from the Other Side, and Brains (from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy). Most of the songs you listed here are quite catchy, so I can see why you listed them as such.

Hellfire is obviously the best villian song ever. It's so dark that it's my type of song. Though Frollo's obsession with Esmeralda is kinda creepy.

What I like about Hellfire is that, instead of the villain gloating over how evil he is, it's about the villain lamenting, begging, and claiming he's NOT evil. I feel that makes it unique.
